What We Do
The MP4I (Management Practices for Innovation) Lab is an observatory dedicated to mapping and studying the evolution of innovation ecosystems.
Its activities are based primarily, but not exclusively, on the collection of primary data through surveys, which are subsequently integrated with secondary data.
The observatory aims to analyze the relationship between the adoption of managerial practices and strategic decisions oriented toward growth through innovation, with the goal of identifying best practices that can enhance companies’ innovation capabilities, economic-financial performance, and competitiveness.
Furthermore, it studies the impact of business decisions on the Italian economic context in terms of sustainability, examining the consequences of these choices for society, including aspects such as employment, welfare, demographics, and environmental impact.
The results of the observatory’s activities will be disseminated through the publication of periodic reports, the organization of workshops, and an annual conference.
